ThinkAndor, an AI-first platform, transforms emergency care at the Medical University of South Carolina

ORLANDO, Florida (May 2, 2024) – Andor Health, an AI-first company reimagining virtual care, announces a groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming the patient experience in MUSC Health emergency departments. The program uses artificial intelligence (AI)-powered ThinkAndor® to reduce wait times and enhance the quality of care for patients.

The demand for emergency care continues to rise, leading to overcrowding and excessive wait times. By leveraging ThinkAndor Virtual Rounding, ambient documentation and virtual triage capabilities, emergency departments can identify and address patients’ needs more efficiently, ultimately improving experiences and outcomes. ThinkAndor’s novel approach to emergency department (ED) triage significantly reduces the proportion of patients with “leaving without being seen” (LWBS) dispositions by 17%.

Health systems can optimize emergency care delivery by integrating AI-powered ThinkAndor Virtual Rounding and virtual triage capabilities into traditional ED workflows. Upon arrival, patients are promptly placed in dedicated consultation rooms where they receive initial assessments and treatment from MUSC clinicians who are remotely based and perform assessments virtually. Providers monitor patients’ progress through ThinkAndor’s Virtual Command Center and update patients as they await further evaluation.

With significant reductions in wait times and LWBS rates, early results from MUSC’s program have been promising. For example, when fewer beds were available to move patients through MUSC’s ED, LWBS rates should have risen. However, after implementing ThinkAndor Virtual Rounding and virtual triage capabilities, MUSC’s LWBS rates remained flat because patients were triaged upon arrival, accelerating time to care and disposition. Additionally, due to a remarkable increase in the number of patients receiving medical screening examinations with ThinkAndor AI-first capabilities, MUSC experienced an improvement in productivity by approximately 500% (see Figure 1) when compared with traditional in-person triage.

Figure 1: This graph compares the provider productivity for provider-in-triage (PIT) providers from January through February of 2023 to January through February of 2024. ThinkAndor Virtual Rounding and virtual triage capabilities were leveraged for ED triage beginning in 2024.

“Through our strategic partnership with Andor Health, we are transforming emergency care. With ThinkAndor supporting the Emergency Department, we have experienced better outcomes, improved ED throughput and increased patient satisfaction. Even during peak demand when the hospital is at- or overcapacity, the virtual care we are delivering through ThinkAndor ensures optimal outcomes,” said Morsal Tahouni, M.D., assistant professor and medical director of Emergency Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina.

“By implementing ThinkAndor, we were able to maintain our LWBS rates under 4%, below the national average, even when capacity at each campus was greater than 100%,” explained Jeanhyong “Danny” Park, M.D., assistant professor and director of ED Clinical Informatics, Department of Emergency Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina.

“Innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and our AI-first approach to transforming emergency care is a testament to that commitment," said Raj Toleti, chairman and CEO of Andor Health. “We recognize the need to automate key workflows of collaboration, documentation and observation within care delivery with an AI-first approach, and ThinkAndor achieves that goal.”

ORLANDO, FL – March 11, 2024 – Andor Health, the AI company reimagining virtual care, continues to innovate and push the boundaries of how AI can be used to modernize care delivery. ThinkAndor’s groundbreaking AI-first approach is reshaping the landscape of patient care, first with collaboration and observation, and now expanding capabilities to include ambient documentation.

Leveraging cutting-edge AI, ThinkAndor® supports an AI-first conversational documentation solution for ambient nursing and staff documentation. Currently, health systems are struggling with the lack of ambient nursing & staff documentation. As there is no scalable option for an efficient, AI-powered solution to complement clinical physician documentation solutions like Nuance & Abridge, ThinkAndor® can support conversational, ambient nurse & staff documentation at the point of care.

“We have partnered with Andor Health for more than four years, leveraging their AI-first approach for collaboration (e.g., care team coordination, virtual nursing), observation (e.g., virtual sitting and virtual patient monitoring) and documentation (e.g., ambient nursing and staff documentation) all on their digital front door platform. Each capability has demonstrated significant outcomes both financially and clinically, including savings of 3.5 hours of nursing time per shift, and reductions in patient falls and elopements,” said Novlet Mattis, Chief Digital and Information Officer, Orlando Health Inc. “One of the biggest gaps in healthcare, including at Orlando Health, is the absence of ambient nursing and staff documentation. The ongoing innovation partnership with Andor Health is delivering on an efficient, AI-first ambient nursing and staff documentation solution that complements ambient documentation solutions generally available through other vendors for physicians. The continuing partnership with Andor Health will allow us to maximize their AI-first approach solutions across all care delivery settings that differentiates Orlando Health in the market and continuously elevate our hospital of the future that is second to none.”

Emory Healthcare, the most comprehensive academic health system in Georgia, will begin piloting the virtual sitter technology in November at two of its hospitals, remotely monitoring at-risk patients on medical and surgical floors and in the emergency departments.

With hospitals across the country still facing staffing shortages, this technology solution allows for AI enablement to observe patients, so team members can return to other direct patient care roles.

“Andor Health’s virtual patient observer/virtual sitter technology expands our virtual health initiatives across Emory Healthcare, while reducing the burden of nurses and other team members,” says Jason Atkins, RN, vice president and chief clinical informatics officer for Emory Digital, a part of Emory Healthcare. “Currently, Emory nursing assistants, nurse technicians or other team members serve as patient sitters for some of our hospitalized patients.”

Andor Health virtual observers, working with registered nurses in a control center, use voice activation technology to talk remotely with at-risk patients and remind them to stay in bed, call for assistance or provide other guidance, while alerting Emory Healthcare staff on-site of safety concerns. The monitoring services will be provided 24/7.

“Fundamentally, we have a shared vision of how we can transform clinical paradigms with the latest innovation in AI and virtual collaboration experiences,” says Raj Toleti, chairman and CEO of Andor Health. “Advances in new technologies like generative AI- based virtual sitting, and ambient monitoring open opportunities to reduce operational burdens, staff shortages and costs while allowing the health system to focus on delivering quality care. Progressive health systems like Emory Healthcare can leverage virtual hospital capabilities such as virtual sitting at scale to effectively observe patients while optimizing staff with this additional support.”

Emory Healthcare will invest in Andor Health virtual patient observer/virtual sitter technology in 32 inpatient rooms during the first year of the collaboration and plans to add the technology to 50 additional rooms in the second year.

“We are on a mission to adopt digital innovation and high-tech solutions to assist us in providing safe, quality care to our patients,” says Alistair Erskine, MD, chief information and digital officer for Emory Healthcare. “This collaboration enhances our inpatient monitoring resources at Emory by leveraging virtual and AI capabilities to support thebest patient outcomes.

Oradox
Andor Health and Oradox Partner to Bring Open AI & GPT to Dental Care Management

ORLANDO, FL – March 29, 2023 – Andor Health, the company reinventing virtual health as a platform, partners with Oradox, a dental specialty service organization.

In an increasingly complex practice environment, dentists are often left to manual systems & processes to manage outgoing & incoming referrals and pre/post-care patient communication. The demands of the patient on the dentist and their staff have necessitated an evolution in how these needs are met. Oradox, in partnership with Andor Health, has revolutionized the way each practice communicates with other providers and patients to provide complete continuity of care.

“Oradox, powered by ThinkAndor®, has allowed us to seamlessly communicate with our referrers – no more faxes, emails and lost paper referrals,” explained Sharmilla Singh, DDS, All Care Specialty. “It has been essential for us to deliver referred treatment and get the patient back to have restorative treatment done.”

ThinkAndor® leverages OpenAI & healthcare trained GPT to better orchestrate clinical workflows and curate clinical context. As a cloud-based dental care management platform, Oradox leverages ThinkAndor® to connect the general dentist, the dental specialist, and the patient to reduce leakage, engage the providers & patients in real-time, and deliver provider-approved educational content to help patients make informed healthcare decisions. Oradox, with the power of ThinkAndor®, engages with the patient pre/post-care and unifies the intake/referral processes into a simple HIPPA-compliant dashboard that provides powerful analytics from referral acceptance to completion to care plan compliance.

“Oral care, in many ways, is still operating with a multitude of manual, paper processes. By leveraging ThinkAndor®, we can provide simple, digital real-time updates throughout a patient’s care journey, allowing us to administer complete continuity of care by linking together the general dentist, the patient, and the dental specialist,” explained Sudha Chinta, DDS, CEO of Oradox.

“Healthcare providers have struggled with a fractured way to deliver care for too long. Each siloed technology has created inefficient workflows. ThinkAndor® streamlines workflows and unifies virtual care delivery so that healthcare providers can focus on their patients, not the process,” explained Raj Toleti, Chairman & CEO of Andor Health. “By leveraging OpenAI & the healthcare trained GPT model, ThinkAndor® intelligently routes patients and providers through the intake and referral process driving maximum adoption.”

ThinkAndor® is designed to empower virtual care delivery. To learn more, visit us on the web at Andor Health or stop by Oradox Booth #4 at Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) in Orlando FL, March 28-31.

Health-First
ThinkAndor® Leverages Open AI and Healthcare Trained GPT Models to Create the Next Dimension in Virtual Nursing

ORLANDO, Florida – March 03, 2023 – Andor Health the company reinventing virtual health as a platform, accelerates Health First’s virtual rounding program by extending the program to support virtual nursing.

Physicians and nurses are experiencing burnout leaving health systems overburdened and hospitals at capacity. Due to staffing shortages, hospitals are struggling to admit/discharge patients in a timely matter negatively impacting a patient’s length of stay. Forward-thinking health systems are solving these issues by implementing a unified, scalable virtual health strategy. ThinkAndor® provides a cohesive platform that leverages OpenAI & healthcare trained GPT that help orchestrate clinical workflows and curate appropriate clinical context to meet the rapidly changing needs of health systems.

ThinkAndor® Virtual Rounding is configured to enable a highly optimized and scalable virtual nursing capability that is hardware-agnostic and workflow-driven. Launching directly from the EHR, ThinkAndor® brings in shifts & schedules from a variety of systems to allow for on demand virtual nursing capability.

Health systems that have implemented ThinkAndor® for virtual nursing have increased nursing capacity 3 times, have access to 1,600 nurses on the ThinkAndor® network for burst capacity, and have established virtual nursing for admissions, discharges, dual medication verification, ICU monitoring, and other service line options. Additionally, nursing staff can quickly pull in specialty clinicians based on availability and shift schedule for immediate remote consultations for urgent interventions such as ED triage, telestroke, and telepsych.

Easily deployed, ThinkAndor® leaves existing clinical workflow untouched and makes it easy for ancillary services to leverage this capability. Now nurse managers, case managers, clergy, and other non-clinical services can connect virtually providing the patient with emotional and spiritual care.

"Last year, we experienced a need for virtual nursing and rounding solutions in our ICUs. We were able to quickly solve for this with Andor, who was already partnering with us on other use cases. Since then, we have done thousands of successful virtual nursing rounds," commented Doug McKee, MD, CMIO of Health First. “Now, we are expanding our virtual rounding and looking at the many other virtual use cases the Andor platform can facilitate. The Andor team has served as both a vendor – and strong partner.”

“Virtual nursing technology over the years has been hardware centric and disruptive to the clinical workflows. We at Andor over the last 3 years have developed an AI-based virtual nursing capability that truly is integrated with the clinical workflows,” explained Raj Toleti, Chairman & CEO of Andor Health. “By leveraging OpenAI, GPT healthcare models, and total integration to the EMR, a first of its kind decentralized virtual nursing can be delivered to health systems in a tailored, hardware agnostic, contextual, and just-in-time manner.”

ThinkAndor® enables health systems to provide their patients with optimized and efficient access to virtual on-demand services like mental/behavioral health, virtual emergency department and emergency department triage, virtual nursing, and virtual sitting. Health systems can bring cohesive experiences to patients as well as simplify experiences for clinicians, which alleviates burnout and address staffing shortages. ThinkAndor’s robust digital front door capabilities, including intelligent adaptive triage, enable health systems to increase access to care while balancing demand across service lines to properly scale resources amid the staffing challenges facing the healthcare industry.

ThinkAndor ® Reduces ED Burden, Overcomes Staff Shortages, and Provides Superior Virtual Experiences for Top Pediatric Institutions

ORLANDO, Florida – August 22, 2022 – Andor Health, the company that harnesses machine and human intelligence to configure and orchestrate the way care teams virtually connect and collaborate, enables world-renowned pediatric institutions to extend and scale access to care beyond the walls of their facilities. ThinkAndor® empowers these pediatric health systems to optimize virtual first and hybrid care strategies to meet the demands of a consumer-driven care model, while managing the resource shortages that have overburdened emergency departments (ED).

When a child is sick, it can be difficult for parents to know the most effective path to care. ThinkAndor® AI-powered virtual assistant routes patients to the appropriate level of care and helps to optimize hospital capacity. Extending virtual triage into EDs also enhances the hybrid approach where virtual capabilities help scale clinical staff and resources. With ThinkAndor® Virtual Rounding, providers can virtually triage and monitor patients in the ED, during a hospital stay, or even at home to manage patient volumes more efficiently. Health systems with ThinkAndor® Virtual Rounding have better managed system capacity and improved acuity mix while increasing patient satisfaction by 23% and decreasing left without being seen (LWBS) rates by 36%.

ThinkAndor® Virtual Visits allows health systems to configure virtual health experiences consistent with how patients naturally interact with care teams and see a 95% connectivity success rate with a 14% reduction in no-shows. Ninety-eight out of one hundred clinicians report a better overall experience and improved efficiency, saving 12-minutes per visit on average. Plus, 85% of patients felt care delivered was the same or better than received in person.

“As a leader in pediatric care, Cincinnati Children’s is committed to developing telehealth services that improve outcomes for children around the world,” said Tori Ames, director of The Center for Telehealth at Cincinnati Children’s. “The center utilizes technologies such as ThinkAndor® Virtual Visits to remove geographic obstacles and allow patients, families, and providers to interact directly with our experts, improving access to care, and providing the very best virtual health experiences.”

Andor Health Delivers Guaranteed Compliance with New CMS Patient Access Regulations for Customers Using ThinkAndor® Platform
Data Shows Early Customers Achieve Immediate Full Compliance with US and Florida Rules by Automating Mandated Connections with Community Primary Care Providers, Specialists

ORLANDO, Florida – September 10, 2020 – Andor Health, the company that harnesses machine and human intelligence to change the way care teams connect and collaborate, announces that the ThinkAndor® collaboration platform has already made customers successfully compliant with new patient access regulations. Customers using ThinkAndor are achieving compliance with the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) Event Notifications Conditions of Participation, as well as the recently enacted Florida Bill CS/HB-843, and are realizing meaningful results. Customers implement ThinkAndor in as little as four weeks, at which time they fully automate the connections with patients’ primary care providers (PCPs) and guarantee full compliance to the regulations.

Currently, coordination between hospitals and specialists and primary care physicians is a manual and oftentimes labor-intensive process that is not sustainable in the face of the new regulations, even though over 45 percent of admitted patients ask for their PCPs to be consulted. The ADT Event notification Conditions of Participation requires healthcare organizations to electronically share data from major patient events, such as admission, discharge and transfer, with providers. Moreover, Florida CS/HB-843 also states hospitals must inform the patient about the right to request the hospital’s treating physician to consult with the patient’s PCP or specialist.

ThinkAndor from Andor Health guarantees full compliance with these laws quickly and easily by enabling providers to achieve the following:

  • Automating the workflow for delivering patient hospital event notifications to PCPs and specialists, reducing manual, administrative processes
  • Helping health systems reduce the rates of readmissions
  • Significantly increasing the amount of successful transitions of care, or follow-up visits with PCPs after a discharge
  • Reducing redundant testing, length of stay, and overall cost
  • Simplifying clinician workflows so physicians and nurses can focus on caring for patients

Forward-looking organizations, like Lakeland Regional Health, have already moved aggressively and achieved full compliance using the platform.

“The new compliance regulations provide an opportunity to improve patient care dramatically by increasing coordination among providers, but they also represent a challenge to come into compliance quickly,” said Raj Toleti, CEO of Andor Health. “Andor Health is proud to help organizations achieve full compliance while moving them away from manual workflows and towards an automated future.”

Florida Health Providers See Immediate Success with Compliance

With Florida passing CS/HB-843 well ahead of the May 1, 2021 effective date of the ADT Conditions of Participation, hospitals in the state have a more urgent need to come into compliance. Lakeland Regional Health has already implemented ThinkAndor to automate the notification of PCPs. The result has been total success in keeping primary care providers informed, and consulted where needed, in every step of the patient journey, and increased patient and PCP satisfaction. Results include:

  • Full Compliance Attained: Since implementing ThinkAndor, Lakeland Regional Health has exceeded required regulations for ADT notifications
  • Speed to Implementation: ThinkAndor took only four weeks to be fully up and running
  • Notifications are Reaching Primary Doctors: Lakeland Regional Health realized a success rate of 80 percent or greater across all communication notifications, from consultation, to admission, to discharge, to discharge summary
  • All Communication Preferences Accommodated: Success rates for primary care provider notifications are consistent whether the preferred method of outreach is email, text, or fax. While the majority of communication has been by fax, providers at Lakeland Regional Health have converted approximately half of notifications to email or text

“As an essential healthcare provider for our community, it is important that Lakeland Regional Health continues to find efficient ways to enhance care and share patient information with primary care providers,” said Ana M. Kalman, MBA, CHCIO, Lakeland Regional Health Vice President, Chief Information Officer/Chief Applications Officer and Medical Center Chief Operating Officer. “Given the success of Andor Health’s platform, we elected to expand our community provider engagement and leverage the system to send additional information that providers have been requesting.”

“In order to more fully reopen safely, we have an obligation to our employees and Members alike to ensure they remain healthy as they resume activities,” said Wayne Sheffield, President and General Manager, Isleworth Golf and Country Club. “We cannot even think about approaching this ‘new normal’ without a way to handle the constant testing, self-assessments, vital communications, and reporting needed to support everyone through this process. ThinkAndor was easy to implement and helps us run all aspects of this re-opening smoothly.”

Microsoft Teams
Andor Health Launches its ThinkAndor® Application in Microsoft Teams, Helping Hospitals Maintain Timely Patient Care

New Integration with Microsoft Teams will Improve Care Team Collaboration for Healthcare Providers.

ORLANDO, Fla., March 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Andor Health today announced the availability of ThinkAndor® with Microsoft Teams integration, available now in Microsoft AppSource, an online store for business applications.

"Andor Health's collaboration with Microsoft builds on the marketplace momentum of Microsoft Teams and ThinkAndor to deliver the definitive care team collaboration suite for healthcare providers," said Pritesh Patel, Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Strategy Officer for Andor Health. "By combining the power of Teams and Microsoft Azure with the ThinkAndor clinical collaboration platform, we're making it easier than ever for healthcare professionals to coordinate care, so they can deliver better patient health outcomes with reduced clinician burnout."

Andor Health is making its ThinkAndor clinical communication application available for Teams, a unified hub for the workplace that brings together chat, video meetings, calling and file sharing. "We are pleased to work with partners who are innovating around care team collaboration and bringing their applications together with Microsoft Teams," said Kristina Behr, General Manager, Office for Healthcare, Microsoft Corp. "Ultimately, this helps our customers achieve the goals of efficient, compliant clinician communication and reduced administrative tasks."

Orlando Internal Medicine, a comprehensive practice spanning the care continuum, recently joined the growing number of provider organizations adopting the ThinkAndor platform, including Canopy Health, Orlando Health, and Lakeland Regional Health.

"We're excited about leveraging the power of Microsoft Teams with the ThinkAndor mobile app," said Pradeep K. Vangala, MD, a board-certified Internist and Founder of Orlando Internal Medicine who is affiliated with multiple area hospitals, including AdventHealth Orlando. "We believe empowering new levels of care team collaboration and workflow efficiency are important steps we can take to address the underlying causes of widespread clinician burnout and stress in healthcare today."

For every hour spent in direct patient care, doctors spend approximately two hours on administrative tasks such as excessive electronic health record (EHR) data entry and documentation, contributing to high rates of burnout and stress, according to research. In a recent survey reported in The Wall Street Journal , 42% of physicians reported feeling some form of burnout.

Andor Health's ThinkAndor unlocks data stored in EHRs and puts it to use to provide care teams with real-time access to meaningful and actionable information through the trusted Microsoft cloud platform – both inside and outside the health system.

Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and voice and natural language processing technology, ThinkAndor identifies keywords and other critical health content in physicians' conversations and automatically recommends notes and triggers that can be added to patient charts following a provider consult call or other communication.

Central Florida Provider Practices Dramatically Improve Care Team Collaboration & Reduce Physician Burnout
Central Florida Provider Practices Dramatically Improve Care Team Collaboration & Reduce Physician Burnout with Andor Health

The ThinkAndor® mobile platform provides a single, unified view of patients across multiple care settings to expand clinicians’ care capacity.

ORLANDO, Florida - February, 27, 2020 – Two Central Florida providers, Orlando Internal Medicine and the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida, are among dozens of physician practices that have selected Andor Health’s ThinkAndor® mobile platform to improve care team communication and collaboration across multiple care settings.

"ThinkAndor provides our physicians with a single, unified view of patients for clinical team collaboration across all care settings,” said Pradeep K. Vangala, MD, Founder of Orlando Internal Medicine, a comprehensive physician practice providing care for a large volume of patients across ambulatory, acute-care, long-term acute care and skilled nursing facilities.

Currently, Orlando Internal Medicine’s physicians and staff are spending hours of their day manually communicating with other care team members and tracking patients as they transition from one care facility to another using different electronic medical record (EMR) systems at each facility.

“With ThinkAndor, we are anticipating an overall 60% reduction in work effort required to view critical information, resulting in increased clinical care capacity, reduced physician burnout and improved outcomes for patients,” added Dr. Vangala, who also serves as Chair of Internal Medicine at AdventHealth Orlando, Medical Director of Select Specialty Hospitals in Orlando and Regional Medical Director for Select Specialty Hospital System.

Primary care doctors spend approximately two hours on administrative tasks, such as excessive EHR data entry and documentation, for every hour spent in direct patient care, contributing to high rates of burnout and stress, according to research.

“We have selected ThinkAndor to help us reduce no-shows through better care team collaboration in our outpatient centers, resulting in increased operational efficiency and improved patient and staff satisfaction,” said Srinivas Seela, MD, a board-certified Internist and Gastroenterologist with the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida.

Powered by artificial intelligence and voice technology, the ThinkAndor platform delivers critical, context-sensitive intelligence from disparate EMR systems across multiple care settings. ThinkAndor continually monitors all the signals across EMR systems, pushing actionable intelligence to clinicians just in time. As a result, clinicians have access to a single view of relevant patient information, regardless of EMR or care setting, enabling real-time mobile care team collaboration across the continuum of care.

“We are pleased to support Orlando Internal Medicine’s efforts to improve care team collaboration across the continuum of care while reducing administrative burdens on doctors so they can spend more time providing quality care for patients,” said Marlin Hutchens, President of Andor Health.

Partners with Andor Health to Strengthen Provider Collaboration and Meet New Regulatory Requirements
Lakeland Regional Health Partners with Andor Health to Strengthen Provider Collaboration and Meet New Regulatory Requirements with Real-Time Actionable Intelligence

ORLANDO, Florida – December 10, 2019 – Lakeland Regional Health, a large healthcare system in Central Florida, teamed up with Andor Health to implement secure care team coordination technology to meet new regulatory requirements and enable better physician collaboration inside and outside its enterprise.

The project will allow the Tampa Bay healthcare system to comply with new regulations under Florida's House Bill 843 aimed at strengthening care team coordination and improving quality outcomes. Enacted on July 1, 2019, the new legislation requires hospitals to notify patients' primary care providers within 24 hours of admission to their facilities. It also allows patients to request the hospital's treating physician to consult with their primary care provider or specialist provider.

For large health systems like Lakeland, complying with Florida's new real-time provider and patient communication and documentation regulations has become especially burdensome.

"As part of our regulatory compliance with HB-843, we conducted an extensive evaluation of all our existing health information technology solutions," said Kristi Yamilkoski, Assistant Vice President, Information Services, of Lakeland Regional Health. "We concluded that none of our current solutions would meet these new provider communication needs. After an extensive search of the market, we decided to partner with Andor Health because it offered the only solution robust enough to meet new regulatory requirements with a 100% guarantee of compliance."

"We are pleased to announce the first of several partnerships that will establish our leadership position in the clinical team collaboration technology space," said Marlin Hutchens, President of Andor Health. "Lakeland Regional has chosen Andor Health to achieve 100% guaranteed regulatory compliance with Florida's HB-843, while strengthening care team coordination and reducing physicians' burdensome workloads."

Lakeland Regional will utilize ThinkAndor® to unlock the data stored in their electronic medical records (EMR) and put it to use in real-time to enable care team collaboration, inside and outside of the enterprise. Andor Health's ThinkAndor also automates the process of providing the discharge summary and medical records to the PCP within 14 days after the patient's discharge from the hospital as required by Florida law.
