ORLANDO, Florida – November 10, 2022 – Andor Health, the company that provides world-renowned healthcare organizations a better way to connect and collaborate, partners with TriHealth to enable ThinkAndor® Virtual Patient Monitoring (VPM) as part of an enterprise-wide virtual care collaboration platform.

More healthcare institutions are aligning their virtual strategies to be a single platform allowing for consistent virtual experiences whether the patient needing care is remote, in the hospital, or at home. TriHealth is taking transformative strides to achieve that model and support its populations more efficiently. ThinkAndor® leverages AI across tailored workflows to virtualize care across all settings. For VPM, ThinkAndor® provides real-time alerts, automated notifications, and analytics and reporting on clinical data & trends at a patient level and cohort level. ThinkAndor® VPM drives greater efficiency for the care team and improves patient responsiveness by collecting data from biometric devices and patient self-reported assessments. Then, ThinkAndor® leverages AI-powered workflows and next-best actions that empower clinicians and care teams to track patient progress. ThinkAndor® VPM includes the ability to monitor patients against tailored care plans and virtually connect with patients directly from a unified care team dashboard to reduce reporting time. ThinkAndor’s AI-driven technology puts us on that path,” explained Nick Kostoff, senior manager, telehealth, at TriHealth. “We started with Andor by building our Remote Patient Care service which helps us care for patients managing chronic conditions in-between office visits. The ThinkAndor® partnership/platform will help us better deliver on these crucial components, as we strive to create operationally excellent telehealth programs that are highly adoptable for our patients and providers.”

“As health systems continue to move to value-based care models, it is paramount to look at a unified platform approach for virtual care, including monitoring patients at home. OH Medical Group 2022
Orlando Health Partners with Andor Health to Deliver State-of-the-Art Digital Front Door

ORLANDO, Florida – November 7, 2022 – Andor Health is accelerating the pace of innovation for health systems by enabling virtual on-demand services. ThinkAndor® enables health systems to provide their patients with optimized and efficient access to virtual on-demand services like mental/behavioral health, virtual emergency department and emergency department triage, virtual nursing, and virtual sitting. Health systems can bring cohesive experiences to patients as well as simplify experiences for clinicians, which alleviates burnout and address staffing shortages. ThinkAndor’s robust digital front door capabilities, including intelligent adaptive triage, enable health systems to increase access to care while balancing demand across service lines to properly scale resources amid the staffing challenges facing the healthcare industry.

ThinkAndor® digital front door enables a concierge approach to digital encounters where an AI-powered virtual assistant guides participants through virtual health encounters creating experiences consistent with how patients traditionally interact with care teams. These optimized experiences can be seamlessly integrated into existing electronic medical records (EMRs) and patient portals. Health systems that layer their EMRs with ThinkAndor® digital front door capabilities can configure ideal patient and provider experiences across care settings without increasing hospital burden.

ThinkAndor’s trailblazing digital front door improves access to care by orchestrating and integrating all aspects of virtual care. With easy integration into comprehensive health records, ThinkAndor® digital front door improves patient access and right-sizes needs and volumes across lines of service by creating visibility, navigation, and access for patients. Health systems that have implemented ThinkAndor® capabilities have experienced the following:

  • 64% reduction in unnecessary emergency department (ED) visits by navigating patients to virtual urgent and primary care
  • 36% reduction in left without being seen (LWBS) rates in the ED
  • 18 minutes reduction per patient in door-to-disposition times
  • 2X increase in ED capacity
  • Improved patient safety and outcomes across all patient types/diagnoses with 5% of total virtual volume identified as near misses and decreased in-hospital mortality
  • 23% increase in patient satisfaction scores
  • 24% median reduction in readmissions and return ED visits with post-discharge follow-up and virtual patient monitoring
  • 98% of clinicians report a better overall experience and improved efficiency

"ThinkAndor® has been an essential piece to our unified approach to virtual health. We needed a unified approach that could provide world-class experiences that our patients are accustomed to,” explained Sr. Vice President Sunil Desai, MD, president of Orlando Health Medical Group. “ThinkAndor® digital front door capabilities increases efficiency by leveraging Epic MyChart and unifying what was being done with disparate technologies. Patients and providers now have access to consistent, AI-powered experiences in any setting and our facilities have increased capacity with existing resources.”

By leveraging ThinkAndor® digital front door capabilities, hospitals looking to implement a strategic virtual health program can unify virtual health across all settings enabling consistent patient and provider experiences. ThinkAndor ® Reduces ED Burden, Overcomes Staff Shortages, and Provides Superior Virtual Experiences for Top Pediatric Institutions

ORLANDO, Florida – August 22, 2022 – Andor Health, the company that harnesses machine and human intelligence to configure and orchestrate the way care teams virtually connect and collaborate, enables world-renowned pediatric institutions to extend and scale access to care beyond the walls of their facilities. ThinkAndor® empowers these pediatric health systems to optimize virtual first and hybrid care strategies to meet the demands of a consumer-driven care model, while managing the resource shortages that have overburdened emergency departments (ED).

When a child is sick, it can be difficult for parents to know the most effective path to care. ThinkAndor® virtual triage and digital front door capabilities configure virtual experiences at every touch point in the organization, allowing patients and families easy access to care without increasing the burden on the hospital.

ThinkAndor® AI-powered virtual assistant routes patients to the appropriate level of care and helps to optimize hospital capacity. Institutions with virtual triage have seen over 55% of patients effectively routed to their PCP or on-demand virtual care rather than an unnecessary ED visit – doubling ED capacity.

Extending virtual triage into EDs also enhances the hybrid approach where virtual capabilities help scale clinical staff and resources. With ThinkAndor® Virtual Rounding, providers can virtually triage and monitor patients in the ED, during a hospital stay, or even at home to manage patient volumes more efficiently. Health systems with ThinkAndor® Virtual Rounding have better managed system capacity and improved acuity mix while increasing patient satisfaction by 23% and decreasing left without being seen (LWBS) rates by 36%.

ThinkAndor® Virtual Visits allows health systems to configure virtual health experiences consistent with how patients naturally interact with care teams and see a 95% connectivity success rate with a 14% reduction in no-shows. Ninety-eight out of one hundred clinicians report a better overall experience and improved efficiency, saving 12-minutes per visit on average. Plus, 85% of patients felt care delivered was the same or better than received in person.

“As a leader in pediatric care, Cincinnati Children’s is committed to developing telehealth services that improve outcomes for children around the world,” said Tori Ames, director of The Center for Telehealth at Cincinnati Children’s. “The center utilizes technologies such as ThinkAndor® Virtual Visits to remove geographic obstacles and allow patients, families, and providers to interact directly with our experts, improving access to care, and providing the very best virtual health experiences.”

Andor Health Chairman & CEO Raj Toleti adds, “After extensive research, pediatric organizations are selecting ThinkAndor® as the orchestration platform for their enterprise virtual care strategy. Partnering with innovative organizations, such as Cincinnati Children’s, allows Andor Health to bring first-of-its-kind virtual care capabilities to market, integrating with existing IT investments to provide the best experience."

Andor Health Expands Product Capabilities Adding Virtual Patient Monitoring to ThinkAndor Platform

ORLANDO, Florida – August 10, 2021 – Andor Health, the company that harnesses machine and human intelligence to configure and orchestrate the way care teams connect and collaborate, expanded ThinkAndor® platform capabilities to include virtual patient monitoring (VPM).

An integral part of your virtual health strategy, VPM is key to improving population health. With the ability to connect to a variety of devices, including bring your own device (BYOD), ThinkAndor allows clinicians to track a patient’s health status remotely with VPM and intervene more quickly to improve outcomes and lower readmission rates. The ThinkAndor dashboard is device-independent and provides a unified view that pairs qualitative and quantitative metrics, including device data, EMR, lab information, and patient-reported outcomes.

“As enterprises begin implementing a sustainable virtual health strategy, it is important to understand that a cohesive strategy incorporates VPM,” said Srini Surendranath, chief product and strategy officer, Andor Health. “ThinkAndor virtual patient monitoring ensures a unified experience for care teams to evaluate and orchestrate next best actions for patients in the traditional hospital setting or at home.”

Patient kits are integrated with the overall virtual health platform where care team members can configure signals to monitor synchronously or asynchronously, and the team can effectively collaborate. VPM enables care teams to improve outcomes and infer next best actions through our AI platform by integrating insights from device monitoring data and patient submitted information.

VPM allows patients to learn how to manage their health as providers monitor the patient’s health status remotely ensuring long-term success. VPM also allows healthcare organizations to:

  • Improve care quality
  • Decrease unnecessary hospital readmissions
  • Save an average of $8,000 per patient annually
  • Expand access to healthcare
  • Improve patient support, education, and feedback
  • Enable care managers and clinical team members to collaborate on care
  • Ensure doctors and care teams maximize time with high- and rising-risk patient populations

Andor Health Delivers Guaranteed Compliance with New CMS Patient Access Regulations for Customers Using ThinkAndor® Platform
Data Shows Early Customers Achieve Immediate Full Compliance with US and Florida Rules by Automating Mandated Connections with Community Primary Care Providers, Specialists

ORLANDO, Florida – September 10, 2020 – Andor Health, the company that harnesses machine and human intelligence to change the way care teams connect and collaborate, announces that the ThinkAndor® collaboration platform has already made customers successfully compliant with new patient access regulations. Customers using ThinkAndor are achieving compliance with the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) Event Notifications Conditions of Participation, as well as the recently enacted Florida Bill CS/HB-843, and are realizing meaningful results. Customers implement ThinkAndor in as little as four weeks, at which time they fully automate the connections with patients’ primary care providers (PCPs) and guarantee full compliance to the regulations.

Currently, coordination between hospitals and specialists and primary care physicians is a manual and oftentimes labor-intensive process that is not sustainable in the face of the new regulations, even though over 45 percent of admitted patients ask for their PCPs to be consulted. The ADT Event notification Conditions of Participation requires healthcare organizations to electronically share data from major patient events, such as admission, discharge and transfer, with providers. Moreover, Florida CS/HB-843 also states hospitals must inform the patient about the right to request the hospital’s treating physician to consult with the patient’s PCP or specialist.

ThinkAndor from Andor Health guarantees full compliance with these laws quickly and easily by enabling providers to achieve the following:

  • Automating the workflow for delivering patient hospital event notifications to PCPs and specialists, reducing manual, administrative processes
  • Helping health systems reduce the rates of readmissions
  • Significantly increasing the amount of successful transitions of care, or follow-up visits with PCPs after a discharge
  • Reducing redundant testing, length of stay, and overall cost
  • Simplifying clinician workflows so physicians and nurses can focus on caring for patients

Forward-looking organizations, like Lakeland Regional Health, have already moved aggressively and achieved full compliance using the platform.

“The new compliance regulations provide an opportunity to improve patient care dramatically by increasing coordination among providers, but they also represent a challenge to come into compliance quickly,” said Raj Toleti, CEO of Andor Health. “Andor Health is proud to help organizations achieve full compliance while moving them away from manual workflows and towards an automated future.”

Florida Health Providers See Immediate Success with Compliance

With Florida passing CS/HB-843 well ahead of the May 1, 2021 effective date of the ADT Conditions of Participation, hospitals in the state have a more urgent need to come into compliance. Lakeland Regional Health has already implemented ThinkAndor to automate the notification of PCPs. The result has been total success in keeping primary care providers informed, and consulted where needed, in every step of the patient journey, and increased patient and PCP satisfaction. Results include:

  • Full Compliance Attained: Since implementing ThinkAndor, Lakeland Regional Health has exceeded required regulations for ADT notifications
  • Speed to Implementation: ThinkAndor took only four weeks to be fully up and running
  • Notifications are Reaching Primary Doctors: Lakeland Regional Health realized a success rate of 80 percent or greater across all communication notifications, from consultation, to admission, to discharge, to discharge summary
  • All Communication Preferences Accommodated: Success rates for primary care provider notifications are consistent whether the preferred method of outreach is email, text, or fax. While the majority of communication has been by fax, providers at Lakeland Regional Health have converted approximately half of notifications to email or text

“As an essential healthcare provider for our community, it is important that Lakeland Regional Health continues to find efficient ways to enhance care and share patient information with primary care providers,” said Ana M. Isleworth Golf and Country Club Uses Andor Health’s ThinkAndor® Employer Toolkit to Manage Post-COVID-19 Reopening

Innovative Platform for the Hospitality Industry Helps Ensure a Safe Reopening for all Isleworth Employees and Members

ORLANDO, Florida – August 10, 2020 – Andor Health, the company known for harnessing machine learning and human intelligence to change the way organizations connect and collaborate, announces that Isleworth Golf and Country Club in Windermere, Florida has implemented the ThinkAndor® Employer Toolkit to power its employer back to work initiative — going beyond federal guidelines like temperature screenings for a more complete return-to-work program and to help prevent new outbreaks of COVID-19, including asymptomatic spread.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the temporary closure of millions of businesses, but as these companies begin the transition to reopening, they need tools to minimize the risk of outbreaks. This is why Isleworth, one of the most prestigious private golf club communities in the world, turned to Andor Health to help them manage a safe and successful return to normal operations.

Powered by artificial intelligence and voice technology, Andor Health’s ThinkAndor Employer Toolkit provides Isleworth with:

  • Pre-arrival COVID-19 screening and education, and ongoing screening and monitoring of employees for continual safety
  • Education on safe return-to-work protocols
  • Virtual health enablement for contactless health assessments and treatment
  • AndorBot virtual assistant to push critical communications for decision-making, and suggesting tasks and information to be saved back to the electronic medical records (EMR) system
  • COVID-19 antibody test results tracking and monitoring
  • Regular, automated contract tracing and exposure reporting
  • Integration with HR and workforce management systems

“As employers begin preparing for the ‘new normal’ in this pandemic era, it is vital that organizations are taking decisive action to protect patrons, employees and vendor partners. Our ThinkAndor Employer Toolkit helps them re-open quickly and safely,” said David Adelson, President, Hospitality at Andor Health. “ThinkAndor helps hospitality companies re-open responsibly with automation, communications and reporting; it’s allowing Isleworth to focus on employee and Member well-being first and foremost, by taking the worry and time from implementing a successful back-to-work program.”

“In order to more fully reopen safely, we have an obligation to our employees and Members alike to ensure they remain healthy as they resume activities,” said Wayne Sheffield, President and General Manager, Isleworth Golf and Country Club. “We cannot even think about approaching this ‘new normal’ without a way to handle the constant testing, self-assessments, vital communications, and reporting needed to support everyone through this process. ThinkAndor was easy to implement and helps us run all aspects of this re-opening smoothly.”

Andor Health Delivers a New Template in Microsoft Teams to Safeguard Frontline Healthcare Workers in the Global Battle Against COVID-19

ThinkAndor® delivers real-time alerts, configures video screenings for patients, and enables real-time care team collaboration across the enterprise during the coronavirus pandemic.

ORLANDO, Florida - April 27, 2020 – Andor Health is building on Microsoft Teams to provide a unified, integrated crisis communications and care team collaboration platform to help mitigate risks for frontline healthcare workers in the battle against the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The ThinkAndor® mobile platform enables healthcare institutions to strengthen their crisis communications and operationalize COVID-19 treatment and quarantine protocols to protect frontline healthcare workers and patients. Powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, video and voice technology, the ThinkAndor platform enables care team members to quickly configure collaboration sessions via secure messaging, voice, and video on Microsoft Teams with patients and care team members.

“We are incredibly excited that partners like Andor Health are stepping up and building on Microsoft Teams to provide the communication and collaboration tools to help healthcare providers and first responders in the battle against COVID-19,” said Mike Ammerlaan, Senior Director, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Corp. The ThinkAndor platform integrates with all major electronic medical record (EMR) systems and drives intelligent configuration and collaboration within the Microsoft Teams environment, providing frontline healthcare workers and patients with real-time and virtual crisis communications and collaboration to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Using the Andor platform, healthcare institutions can also deliver important COVID-19 education programs to employees and patients. Additionally, organizations can easily configure and activate signals from all EMRs and other source systems to drive specific clinical and operational workflows. For example, organizations can broadcast alerts with ThinkAndor to notify entire care teams whenever a patient or healthcare worker in a facility tests positive for the COVID-19 virus. Then, the Andor platform can automatically deliver instructions for testing to those doctors, nurses or other healthcare workers who may have been exposed.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated clear communication gaps among key healthcare stakeholders,” said Raj Toleti, CEO of Andor Health. “Patients, clinicians and staff members need automated, real-time communications about testing options, critical diagnostic results, operational changes, and virtual collaboration. The ThinkAndor platform provides healthcare institutions with predefined notifications that can be quickly enabled in Microsoft Teams. The platform also enables healthcare organizations to configure meaningful COVID-19 signals, video consults and workflows to meet the rapidly changing demands of healthcare workers and patient populations.”

ORLANDO, Florida– April 08, 2020 – Andor Health announces that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center will deploy the ThinkAndor® mobile platform to improve overall clinical research team collaboration and communication.

The NIH Clinical Center is one of the 27 NIH institutes and centers on the frontlines of global medical research and discovery of new therapies to prevent and treat diseases such as cancer, COVID-19, diabetes, hepatitis, and HIV/AIDS. The NIH Clinical Center has about 1,600 clinical research studies in progress.

The NIH Clinical Center will implement the ThinkAndor® mobile care team collaboration platform to push critical signals from electronic medical record (EMR) and patient engagement systems to help streamline and simplify clinical operational workflows for clinical studies. For example, the NIH will use ThinkAndor to deliver real-time notifications such as COVID-19 education, screenings and configurable emergency notifications to staff and patients.

“Andor Health is extremely proud to partner with the prestigious National Institutes of Health Clinical Center,” said Andor Health President Marlin Hutchens. “Our ThinkAndor mobile platform will deliver critical, real-time notifications to NIH research teams, care providers and clinical trial subjects to enhance overall operational efficiency and clinical care team collaboration and communication.”

Microsoft Teams
Andor Health Launches its ThinkAndor® Application in Microsoft Teams, Helping Hospitals Maintain Timely Patient Care

New Integration with Microsoft Teams will Improve Care Team Collaboration for Healthcare Providers.

ORLANDO, Fla., March 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Andor Health today announced the availability of ThinkAndor® with Microsoft Teams integration, available now in Microsoft AppSource, an online store for business applications.

"Andor Health's collaboration with Microsoft builds on the marketplace momentum of Microsoft Teams and ThinkAndor to deliver the definitive care team collaboration suite for healthcare providers," said Pritesh Patel, Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Strategy Officer for Andor Health. "By combining the power of Teams and Microsoft Azure with the ThinkAndor clinical collaboration platform, we're making it easier than ever for healthcare professionals to coordinate care, so they can deliver better patient health outcomes with reduced clinician burnout."

Andor Health is making its ThinkAndor clinical communication application available for Teams, a unified hub for the workplace that brings together chat, video meetings, calling and file sharing. "We are pleased to work with partners who are innovating around care team collaboration and bringing their applications together with Microsoft Teams," said Kristina Behr, General Manager, Office for Healthcare, Microsoft Corp. "Ultimately, this helps our customers achieve the goals of efficient, compliant clinician communication and reduced administrative tasks."

Orlando Internal Medicine, a comprehensive practice spanning the care continuum, recently joined the growing number of provider organizations adopting the ThinkAndor platform, including Canopy Health, Orlando Health, and Lakeland Regional Health.

"We're excited about leveraging the power of Microsoft Teams with the ThinkAndor mobile app," said Pradeep K. Vangala, MD, a board-certified Internist and Founder of Orlando Internal Medicine who is affiliated with multiple area hospitals, including AdventHealth Orlando. "We believe empowering new levels of care team collaboration and workflow efficiency are important steps we can take to address the underlying causes of widespread clinician burnout and stress in healthcare today."

For every hour spent in direct patient care, doctors spend approximately two hours on administrative tasks such as excessive electronic health record (EHR) data entry and documentation, contributing to high rates of burnout and stress, according to research. In a recent survey reported in The Wall Street Journal , 42% of physicians reported feeling some form of burnout.

Andor Health's ThinkAndor unlocks data stored in EHRs and puts it to use to provide care teams with real-time access to meaningful and actionable information through the trusted Microsoft cloud platform – both inside and outside the health system.

Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and voice and natural language processing technology, ThinkAndor identifies keywords and other critical health content in physicians' conversations and automatically recommends notes and triggers that can be added to patient charts following a provider consult call or other communication.

Central Florida Provider Practices Dramatically Improve Care Team Collaboration & Reduce Physician Burnout
Central Florida Provider Practices Dramatically Improve Care Team Collaboration & Reduce Physician Burnout with Andor Health

The ThinkAndor® mobile platform provides a single, unified view of patients across multiple care settings to expand clinicians’ care capacity.

ORLANDO, Florida - February, 27, 2020 – Two Central Florida providers, Orlando Internal Medicine and the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida, are among dozens of physician practices that have selected Andor Health’s ThinkAndor® mobile platform to improve care team communication and collaboration across multiple care settings.

"ThinkAndor provides our physicians with a single, unified view of patients for clinical team collaboration across all care settings,” said Pradeep K. Vangala, MD, Founder of Orlando Internal Medicine, a comprehensive physician practice providing care for a large volume of patients across ambulatory, acute-care, long-term acute care and skilled nursing facilities.

Currently, Orlando Internal Medicine’s physicians and staff are spending hours of their day manually communicating with other care team members and tracking patients as they transition from one care facility to another using different electronic medical record (EMR) systems at each facility.

“With ThinkAndor, we are anticipating an overall 60% reduction in work effort required to view critical information, resulting in increased clinical care capacity, reduced physician burnout and improved outcomes for patients,” added Dr. Vangala, who also serves as Chair of Internal Medicine at AdventHealth Orlando, Medical Director of Select Specialty Hospitals in Orlando and Regional Medical Director for Select Specialty Hospital System.

Primary care doctors spend approximately two hours on administrative tasks, such as excessive EHR data entry and documentation, for every hour spent in direct patient care, contributing to high rates of burnout and stress, according to research.

“We have selected ThinkAndor to help us reduce no-shows through better care team collaboration in our outpatient centers, resulting in increased operational efficiency and improved patient and staff satisfaction,” said Srinivas Seela, MD, a board-certified Internist and Gastroenterologist with the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida.

Powered by artificial intelligence and voice technology, the ThinkAndor platform delivers critical, context-sensitive intelligence from disparate EMR systems across multiple care settings. ThinkAndor continually monitors all the signals across EMR systems, pushing actionable intelligence to clinicians just in time. As a result, clinicians have access to a single view of relevant patient information, regardless of EMR or care setting, enabling real-time mobile care team collaboration across the continuum of care.

“We are pleased to support Orlando Internal Medicine’s efforts to improve care team collaboration across the continuum of care while reducing administrative burdens on doctors so they can spend more time providing quality care for patients,” said Marlin Hutchens, President of Andor Health.

Partners with Andor Health to Strengthen Provider Collaboration and Meet New Regulatory Requirements
Lakeland Regional Health Partners with Andor Health to Strengthen Provider Collaboration and Meet New Regulatory Requirements with Real-Time Actionable Intelligence

ORLANDO, Florida – December 10, 2019 – Lakeland Regional Health, a large healthcare system in Central Florida, teamed up with Andor Health to implement secure care team coordination technology to meet new regulatory requirements and enable better physician collaboration inside and outside its enterprise.

The project will allow the Tampa Bay healthcare system to comply with new regulations under Florida's House Bill 843 aimed at strengthening care team coordination and improving quality outcomes. Enacted on July 1, 2019, the new legislation requires hospitals to notify patients' primary care providers within 24 hours of admission to their facilities. It also allows patients to request the hospital's treating physician to consult with their primary care provider or specialist provider.

For large health systems like Lakeland, complying with Florida's new real-time provider and patient communication and documentation regulations has become especially burdensome.

"As part of our regulatory compliance with HB-843, we conducted an extensive evaluation of all our existing health information technology solutions," said Kristi Yamilkoski, Assistant Vice President, Information Services, of Lakeland Regional Health. "We concluded that none of our current solutions would meet these new provider communication needs. After an extensive search of the market, we decided to partner with Andor Health because it offered the only solution robust enough to meet new regulatory requirements with a 100% guarantee of compliance."

"We are pleased to announce the first of several partnerships that will establish our leadership position in the clinical team collaboration technology space," said Marlin Hutchens, President of Andor Health. "Lakeland Regional has chosen Andor Health to achieve 100% guaranteed regulatory compliance with Florida's HB-843, while strengthening care team coordination and reducing physicians' burdensome workloads."

Lakeland Regional will utilize ThinkAndor® to unlock the data stored in their electronic medical records (EMR) and put it to use in real-time to enable care team collaboration, inside and outside of the enterprise. Andor Health's ThinkAndor also automates the process of providing the discharge summary and medical records to the PCP within 14 days after the patient's discharge from the hospital as required by Florida law.

About Lakeland Regional Health

Not-for-profit Lakeland Regional Health reaches beyond its hospital walls to promote wellness, education and discovery in new places and new ways, providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services at its Medical Center, Hollis Cancer Center and ambulatory care locations. Lakeland Regional Health has earned Most Wired Advanced and Most Wired status four times since 2013 from the American Hospital Association and has earned workplace awards from Forbes, Gallup and Becker's Hospital Review. Its 864-bed comprehensive tertiary referral hospital, Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, operates the Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children, its Level II Trauma Center, and the Bannasch Institute for Advanced Rehabilitation Medicine.
