Chairman & CEO

As Chairman & CEO at Andor Health, Raj Toleti guides the company’s vision to change the way care teams connect, communicate and collaborate to reduce clinician burnout, accelerate time-to-treatment and deliver better patient outcomes. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience to his role.

He founded and served as CEO of HealthGrid, a provider of a first-of-its-kind mobile patient engagement platform, which was acquired by Allscripts in 2018. Previously, he founded and served as President of Coordinated Care Solutions at PatientPoint, a leading provider of patient engagement, population health management, and clinical trial enrollment solutions.

A serial entrepreneur, Raj throughout his career has built solutions to empower and enable patients to improve health outcomes. He began his health IT career in the mid-1990s at Microsoft, where he was an Enterprise Program Manager in the healthcare consulting practice. Other successful ventures include Galvanon, acquired by NCR in 2005, and Cytura Corporation, acquired by Mobius in 2002.

Ernst & Young named Raj Entrepreneur of the Year for the Florida Region in the healthcare technology category in 2018. He currently serves as a Board Member of the University of Central Florida Foundation and is an active member of CHIME. Raj holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, India, and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Joshua G. Briscoe, MD, FACEP
Chief Medical Officer

As Chief Medical Officer, Joshua Briscoe, MD focuses on shaping the development and evolution of Andor Health’s innovative mobile care team collaboration and communication solutions to help reduce clinician burnout, streamline operational efficiency and improve patient health outcomes.

Joshua works as a board-certified emergency medicine physician at Orlando Regional Medical Center and Arnold Palmer Hospital. He also serves as core faculty for Orlando Health’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program and as Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine. Previously, he was Medical Director of IT Innovation, Virtual Care, and Clinical Informatics for Orlando Health from 2018 to 2020.

Joshua received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Rollins College and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University. He completed his emergency medicine residency and administrative fellowship with Orlando Health.

Marlin W. Hutchens
Chief Adminstrative Officer

Marlin W. Hutchens was named President of Andor Health in January 2018. Marlin is responsible for day-to-day operational leadership. He brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare and health information technology.

Prior to joining Andor Health, he was a regional vice president at Walgreens Drug Stores/WBA, with responsibility for a more than $3 billion operation and stores and pharmacies in the United States and Puerto Rico. Previously, Marlin served on the Advisory Board of Directors for HealthGrid; as Business Advisor for SMI Corporation; as a Consultant to Antilles Power; and as a member of the Board of Directors for Enterprise Florida.

Since 2009, he has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, including Local Board Chair and as Chairman of the Southeast Region, which includes eight states and Puerto Rico. Marlin was also a charter member of the Orange County (Florida) Opioid Task Force.

Marlin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Aquinas College and a master's in management from the University of St. Thomas.

Noel Khirsukhani
Chief Growth Officer

Noel Khirsukhani is Chief Growth Officer at Andor, where he drives revenue growth, sales strategy and business development. Noel brings to his role more than 20 years of senior management experience with leading healthcare information technology firms, including Allscripts, HealthGrid and PatientPoint. He has worked with CEO, Raj Toleti for over 15 years.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Solution Sales and Partnerships for the Allscripts FollowMyHealth product line and as Vice President of Partnerships at HealthGrid, a provider of patient engagement solutions acquired by Allscripts in 2018.

Noel also was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Healthcare for Noom, where he established a comprehensive strategy and team focused on developing partnerships with payers, large employers and health systems. At PatientPoint, he served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Business Development, with responsibility for revenue generation for patient engagement, population health and care coordination. Earlier his career, he held sales management roles at Availity, Advanced Data Systems Corp., and Keane, Inc., and worked as a systems analyst at Bank of America, E-MedSoft.com and Healthscreen.

Noel received a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Florida State University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Regional Vice President, Sales – Eastern Region

Matthew Richardson (Matt) is a seasoned healthcare operations executive, with over 25 years of experience working with payors and providers. Most recently Matt served as the Business Development Executive for Carenet Health, driving meaningful patient engagement solutions for health systems across the Southeast.

Prior to that he was a Division President of Healogics Inc, a would care specialist corporation with a national footprint. He was tasked with starting a new revenue stream with freestanding wound care clinics across the country.

Prior to joining Healogics, he served as the COO of Aris Radiology, a national radiology provider utilizing on-site and teleradiology services.

He also served as the SVP of Physician Operations at Surgery Partners and as VP of Physician Operations at Community Health Systems, where he oversaw a P/L of over $750M. He graduated with a Finance degree from The University of Kentucky.

Pritesh Patel
Chief Operating Officer

Pritesh Patel serves as Chief Operating Officer of Andor Health.

Prior to joining Andor Health in December 2018, Pritesh served as a General Partner at Stratecore Bioventures, where he focused on identifying and evaluating potential portfolio companies, sourcing deal flow, and managing investor relationships. Pritesh also ran business development for a hospitality group and helped double revenues during his tenure. Previously, he founded Aventive Healthcare Consultants to connect the world's top physicians in the world with healthcare companies. During his career, he has developed relationships with healthcare entities in international markets such as Dubai, China, and India.

Pritesh earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University.

Shane Streufert
Chief Financial Officer

Shane Streufert is Chief Financial Officer at Andor Health. Shane brings extensive financial management executive experience to his role.

Before joining Andor, he served as CFO at HealthGrid, a mobile enterprise patient engagement platform. During his tenure, revenues grew more than 60% during a two-year period and the company was sold to AllScripts (MDRX) in 2017 for $110 million.

Previously, Shane was CFO at PlanSource, where he grew revenues more than 40% per year over a six-year period. During his tenure, the company raised more than $100 million in debt and equity. During his career, he held senior management positions at LiveTV (subsidiary of JetBlue) and NuVox and FDN Communications. At FDN, he played a key role in executing the more than $500 million merger of FDN with NuVox. The combined company was sold to Windstream Corporation (WIN) for $643 million two years later.

Shane holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of South Dakota.

Srini is a customer-obsessed, high-tech leader and innovator who builds strong relationships and partnerships with organizations and individuals. He has proven experience in many facets of SaaS and PaaS technology, customer success, and enterprise leadership. He is also an entrepreneur and advisor to start-up and early stage businesses.

Srini spent the prior 11 years Microsoft in various leadership roles and most recently was the WW engineering customer lead for Health and Life Sciences. Prior to Microsoft, Srini spent 11 years at Accenture driving digital and technology transformation across many industries.

Bonnie Bennett
Vice President, Human Resources

Bonnie Bennett serves as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for Andor Health. Prior to Andor, she served as Director of HR for HealthGrid, General Elevator, and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas. She brings to this HR leadership role more than 20 years of domain knowledge and experience, including strategic planning, labor relations, talent development, HR planning and team building. She has skillfully navigated numerous mergers and acquisitions during her HR career.

Bonnie is an active volunteer and advocate for survivors of domestic abuse at Help Now of Osceola in Florida, the Council on Aging Meals on Wheels, and A Place for Grace.

Bonnie earned her BA in Applied Psychology from the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer Skitsko
SVP, Marketing

Jennifer Skitsko brings more than 25+ years of marketing experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Andor Health.

Prior to joining Andor Health, Jennifer served as Director of Segment Marketing at Allscripts, where she increased lead capture by 46% year-over-year, and as Director of Marketing at HealthGrid, a leading provider of patient engagement solutions acquired by Allscripts in 2018.

Previously, she held Director of Marketing positions at PSAV, an event technology provider; Telcare, Inc., a wireless-enabled blood glucose meter; and NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, a major supplier of healthcare technology solutions. Earlier in her career, Jennifer managed brand and event marketing for major companies, such as Merck & Co., Inc. and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP, as Senior Account Manager and Event Planner for Creative Meeting Specialists, Inc.

Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in healthcare administration, from Gwynedd Mercy University in Gwynedd Valley, PA. She is an active member of the Business Marketing Association (BMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Healthcare Information Management System Society (HIMSS).

Balavignesh Thirumalainambi, MBA
Senior Director for Interoperability and Healthcare Policy

Balavignesh “Bala” Thirumalainambi, Senior Director for Interoperability and Healthcare Policy, helps health systems achieve their digital transformation goals. With extensive knowledge of healthcare policy, he provides policy and regulatory briefs related to healthcare quality improvement, interoperability, cost reduction, and health information technology. As a HIMSS board member, Bala brings insights related to federal and state funding opportunities.

Previously, Bala served as Senior Director for Government Affairs and Finance for the New Jersey Innovation Institute where he educated the team on government-related healthcare initiatives and oversaw the financial operations for the healthcare delivery system.

Bala also served as Meaningful Use Director for the New Jersey Health Information Technology Extension Center (NJ-HITEC). He led the Medicaid Provider Program by assisting providers transition to electronic health records and helping primary care providers achieve meaningful use. Plus, Bala wrote proposals including the Practice Transformation Network award for the State of New Jersey which received nearly $50 million.

Bala currently teaches Electronic Health Records and Healthcare Information Systems at NJIT and researches improving quality outcomes. He holds an MBA in technology and an engineering management degree with a concentration in healthcare, both from NJIT. He received NJBIZ 40 under 40 recognition in 2018 and Top 100 Magazine’s top 100 in finance in 2019

Paul Tyriver is Vice President of Development at Andor Health. He brings more than 15 years of combined experience in business development and healthcare IT. Paul holds numerous certifications through HIPAA, NextGen and Microsoft, among other organizations.

Paul earned an associate degree in Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown, Ohio.

Chief Nursing Officer

As Chief Nursing Officer, Catherine brings a deep knowledge of nursing workflow. She focuses on integrating virtual nursing management into the complex and numerous work environments nurses render care. This work will assist our clients in addressing nursing shortages. Her work on virtual nursing workflows will enhance patient care, assist in improving patient outcomes and help alleviate professional burdens on nurses.

Catherine is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of clinical expertise in trauma/burn, critical care, and occupational health care. She was the Trauma/Burn Service Coordinator at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital-Harvard Medical School and Trauma Coordinator at North Shore (Northwell)-Weill Cornell Medical College. She has worked in outpatient and occupational health care services in New York, Massachusetts, Maine, and Florida.

Catherine earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from SUNY-Stony Brook and her Doctorate in Nursing from Northeastern University. She holds certifications in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) and Emergency Nursing (CEN).

Pierre Pacini is Director of Sales at Andor Health, where he leads new growth and sales initiatives in the Central Region. Pierre is a seasoned healthcare sales representative, with more than 10 years of experience working with device and pharmaceutical companies like Stryker and Novartis.

Prior to joining Andor, he served as the Initiatives Lead for the Radioligand Division of Novartis where he trained and led new growth strategies across the nation. The Radioligand Division was a first of its kind in the pharmaceutical space where he was tasked with educating on a rare disease and developing new treating sites.

Pierre received a bachelor's degree in exercise sports science from Texas State University.

Chandra Turner is Vice President of Sales for the Western region where she is responsible for sales strategy, business development and revenue growth across the ThinkAndor® product portfolio. She brings to the role more than 10 years of leading-edge healthcare technology experience.

Prior to joining Andor Health, Chandra worked at IBM, where she played a vital role in the sales and support of Watson’s conversational-AI offerings. Throughout her career Chandra has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to understand client needs, build collaborative relationships and deliver successful solutions.

She is a Gonzaga University graduate and resides in Spokane, WA.

Prior to joining Andor Health, Valerie has played a dynamic role in process improvement and implementing global HR initiatives in both the hospitality and manufacturing industries. Over the years, she has established the skillset to be a strategic HR business partner to support all levels of employees while reinforcing the business needs.

Valerie earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

David H. Trevett, Esq., legal counsel for Andor Health, is a distinguished attorney with over two decades of hands-on experience in business matters. Based in the heart of Central and Southwest Florida, David offers an unparalleled depth of knowledge and commitment to his clients, navigating the intricacies of corporate/business law, real estate, and estate planning and probate.

David's educational foundation is both diverse and extensive. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, a Master's Degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis on Business and Nonprofit Management, from the prestigious George Washington University, and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law.

David's commitment to community service is evident in his active pro bono work. For nearly a decade, he served as a Guardian Ad Litem with the Orange County Bar Association. He continues his service with the Legal Aid Society in the same county. In her role as a Clinical Program Manager at Andor Health, Monika Brossier is dedicated to ensuring Andor Health’s groundbreaking solutions for collaborative care and communications are seamless for both medical professionals and patients. Her central emphasis revolves around grasping the intricacies of clients' workflows and evaluating how Andor's product can effectively enhance efficiency during both the developmental and implementation phases.

While still an active clinician, Monika previously worked as a Senior Advanced Clinician and Informatics Lead at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. During this time, she focused on virtual care for both patients and clinicians through improvements in the EMR and patient portal experience. With a healthcare background that spans over 10 years, she has amassed extensive experience working directly in patient-facing roles.

Monika received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She completed her clinical affiliations at New York University, University of Michigan, and Hospital for Special Surgery.

Chitra Nawbatt is the Chief Business Development and Ecosystem Officer at Andor Health. She is responsible for market expansion, strategic partnerships and stakeholder relations. Chitra brings more than 25 years of experience as a unique multi-industry and multidisciplinary business builder, operator and investor, with a track record in value creation and go-to-market acceleration.

Chitra also is the co-creator/producer and host of The HLTH Daily Show where she interviews C-level leaders, entrepreneurs and investors on growth, innovation, business building and investing.

Previously, Chitra was the Global Head of Health Assurance and Innovation at General Catalyst, a leading global venture capital firm. She led the expansion and execution of General Catalyst’s Health Assurance thesis to transform the healthcare industry to make quality care more affordable and accessible. In addition, Chitra developed new investment theses in areas such as technology, media, fintech, consumer, and originated and executed investments. Chitra created and led an inaugural value creation and ecosystem business development function. She originated, commercialized and managed strategic innovation partnerships for General Catalyst and its 75+ portfolio companies to accelerate value creation. Chitra orchestrated collaboration and network effect between stakeholders, such as CSuite customers and portfolio companies, and delivered go-to-market and revenue acceleration.

Prior to being an investor, Chitra was the Global Head of Market Solutions at Genpact, an artificial intelligence, digital transformation and analytics consulting firm. She was responsible for driving Fortune 500 new customer acquisition, partnerships, innovation and operational improvement in industries such as technology, financial services, media, healthcare and consumer/retail. Chitra created various digital transformation services in credit and financial crimes risk management, which enabled automation and insight capture from workflows and transaction processes.

Before her career as a growth leader, Chitra was the New York based Anchor for Reuters International TV where her live broadcasts were seen by millions of households across the world. Her reporting focused on companies, markets and consumers globally. She conducted exclusive domain driven and in-depth interviews with global leaders such as the Citigroup CEO, Governor of the Bank of England and World Boxing Council Heavyweight Champion.

Prior to media, Chitra spent more than a decade in financial services. Chitra was a C-level leader at Deutsche Bank where she delivered impact by inventing working capital analytics and efficiency software, which enabled CFOs and Treasurers of Fortune 1000 clients to optimize their cash conversion cycle. She also built and managed enterprise-wide risk data, analytics and measurement software to fulfill regulatory requirements, such as SOX and Basel, at Deutsche Bank and CIBC. At CIBC she established risk management functions, including working with regulators, to adopt and operationalize Basel regulations. Her career started at EY in Advisory and Assurance. Chitra has a Certified Public Accountant designation, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School, Harvard University and Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Chitra has been involved in various leadership and philanthropic activities such as serving as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School, a Board and Faculty member of the PACE University COAP Program, Lincoln Center Women’s Leadership Council, Women’s Forum of NY, The Executive Leadership Council, and a team leader of researchers for a Social Competitiveness Index for the World Economic Forum.

Her passions include mentoring students and global entrepreneurs, music having studied and played several instruments, speaking French and floral artistry.

Aneesh Chopra is President and Co-Founder of CareJourney, a provider of clinical data analytics for payers, providers and pharmaceutical firms. He served as the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer under President Obama, promoting technological innovation to spur job creation, reduce healthcare costs, and protect homeland security. Aneesh is the author of Innovative State: How New Technologies Can Transform Government and was named as one of Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare in 2011. He serves on the Boards of the Health Care Cost Institute and the New Jersey Innovation Institute. Aneesh earned his master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in Health Policy from John Hopkins University.

Scott Cuppy is Vice President of Industry Relations at Walgreens Health Services, where he has worked for nearly 30 years. In his current role, he oversees third-party contracts and insurance company and client relationships.

Lou Holtz
Coach and College Football Hall of Fame, Class 2008

Lou Holtz has established himself as one of the most successful college football coaches of all time. He is the only coach in the history of college football to take six different teams to a bowl game, win five bowl games with different teams and, have four different college teams ranked in the final Top 20 poll. Despite never inheriting a winning team, he compiled a 243-127-7 career record that ranked him third in victories among active coaches and eighth in winning percentage. His twelve career post-season bowl victories ranked him fifth on the all-time list. Holtz was selected for the College Football Hall of Fame, class of 2008.

Lou graduated from East Liverpool High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in history from Kent State in 1959, and a Master’s degree from Iowa in arts and education in 1961. He served as an officer in the Army after college and married Beth Barcus of East Liverpool on July 22, 1961. Holtz has four children, is grandfather to nine, and currently resides in Orlando, Florida.

Narendra Kini, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician for emergency medicine and former CEO of Nicklaus Children’s Health System in Miami. Under his leadership, Nicklaus grew from a pediatric hospital into an internationally recognized pediatric healthcare system. Previously, Narendra served as Executive Vice President of the Clinical Operations Movement at Trinity Health in Michigan. He has also held various leadership positions at the GE Healthcare Leadership Institute, GE Medical Information Technologies, and the Children’s Health System in Milwaukee, and was recognized with Modern Healthcare’s CEO IT Achievement Award in 2013. He serves on the Board of Directors for Jumptuit Health, and received his medical degree from the University of Lagos College of Medicine and a master’s degree in hospital administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Craig Mintzer, MD, MBA, is the Head Team Physician for the Orlando Magic and Rollins College. He has been named the “Top Doctor for Orthopedic Sports Medicine” several times. Craig is the President of the Jewett Orthopedic Foundation, which supports local homegrown charities in Orlando. He graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed his residency with the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Surgery Program.

Dr. Patel serves as an honorary professor at the University of Milan, Korea University, Ricardo Palma University in Peru, and the Russian Academy of Science.

Jay Rao, PhD, MS is Professor of Strategy and Innovation for Babson College’s Executive Education program. He is also an executive consultant and advisor assisting Global 2000 enterprises and entrepreneurial startup firms across the United States, Central America, South America, and Europe. He is the author of The Discipline and Culture of Innovation and has published articles in The Sloan Management Review, Journal of Innovative Management , and The European Business Review, among others. A former member of the Innovation Advisory Board at Ocean Spray (USA) from 2010 to 2015, Jay currently sits on the Innovation Advisory Board of Bancolombia, the Flavor Advisory Board of Firmenich, and Hymamshu in Bangalore, India.
